Erik B. Butler, 34, 614 Main St., Rowley; driving after license suspension, continued for three months, $50 VWF (Newbury).

David S. Field, 43, 141 Shirley St., Pepperell; driving after license suspension, continued six months, $50 VWF (State Police).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court, on Thursday, Nov. 1, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Kellie Lemon, 43, 29 Forest Court, Seabrook; driving after license suspension, continued without finding and probation for one year, $50 VWF; no inspection sticker, not responsible (Salisbury).

Marcelio Saramela, 41, 16 Liberty St., Middleton; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, 1 year in the house of correction, suspended with two years probation including six months wearing an electronic monitoring device and sobrietor, completion of a 14-day inpatient treatment program, $50 VWF, $250 HIF, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V; driving after license suspension, guilty, 10 days in the house of correction, suspended with two years probation; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; unregistered vehicle, responsible, filed; uninsured vehicle, guilty, probation for two years and payment of restitution of an amount to be determined; number plate violation, guilty, two years probation (Amesbury).

Wagner De Mello, 22, 4 Lonvale Lane, No. 28, Amesbury; unlicensed driving, dismissed, $100 court costs, $50 VWF; marked lanes, responsible, $100 fine (Amesbury).

SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division the week ending Friday, Nov. 2:

Nancy Giakoumis, 49, 21 Oakville St., third floor, Lynn; inhaling toxic vapors for effect, guilty, $1,000 fine, suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior to include no further use of inhalent for toxic effect (Seabrook).

Vincent P. Beraldi, 23, 55 Hazelwood Court, Balton, Mass.; driving while intoxicated, guilty, $620 fine and 18-month loss of license with a recommendation for completion of an impaired drivers intervention program (Seabrook).
