Cortney Hailson, 20, 66 Beach Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 3:41 p.m. on a charge of domestic assault and battery. Officers Richard Dellaria and Keith Forget issued the summons on Beach Road.

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:
Dennis M. Perkins, 39, 56 Worthley Ave., Seabrook, was arrested Tuesday at 3:57 p.m. and charged with stalking. Officer Adam Laurent and Sgts. Jason Allen and John Wasson made the arrest on Worthley Avenue.
Nicholas P. Kay, 51, 23 Perkins St., Amesbury, was arrested Tuesday at 10:44 p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated. Officer Chester Felch and Frank Brown Jr. made the arrest on Lafayette Road.
Sean Francis Quinn, 23, 47 Chase St., Danvers, was arrested Wednesday at 1:49 a.m. and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officers Mark Richardson and Brown Jr. made the arrest on Lafayette Road.
