NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Sharon G. Schoolcraft, 27, 103 State St., No. 6, Newburyport, was issued a summons Tuesday at 7:34 a.m. on charges of no inspection sticker and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Gregory Whitney and Jason Kohan issued the summons on Pond Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

John Hugo, 56, 79 Beach Road, No. 22, Salisbury, was issued a summons Monday at 9:30 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Officer Patrick Szymkowski and Sgt. Eugene Scione issued the summons on Elm Street.

Kylie Grelle, 18, 25 First St., Salisbury, was arrested Monday at 11:24 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Szymkowski and Daniel McNeil made the arrest on First Street.

Roberto M. DeOliveira, 43, 73 Marginal St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Tuesday at 8:06 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Officer Dellaria issued the summons on Route 1.

Marcus R. Keyser, 44, 3 Salt Creek Way, Kittery, Maine, was arrested Tuesday at 9:18 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Dellaria made the arrest on Bridge Road.

David S. Hertigan, 48, 14 Green Needle Lane, Rowley, was issued a summons Tuesday at 10:36 a.m. on a charge of larceny by check over $250. Officer Dellaria issued the summons at Walls Ford, Merrill Street.

John Clark, 40, 9 Kenoza St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Tuesday at 10:58 a.m. on charges of daytime breaking and entering for a felony, willful and malicious injury to real property and larceny from a building. At the same time, Dustin Larrabee, 28, same address, was issued a summons on charges of daytime breaking and entering for a felony, larceny from a building and larceny over $250. Detective Steven Sforza issued the summons at the Railroad Avenue police station.
