Newburyport: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, Jan. 4, with Judge Michael Uhlarik presiding over the jury-waived trial.

Michael Whatley, 41, of 268 Liberty St., Apt. 4, Lowell; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, three months’ pretrial probation, $50 Victim-Witness assessment (Merrimac).

Newburyport: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, Jan. 4, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Benjamin Schwartz, 24, of 29 Spring Hill Loop, Bartlett, N.H.; number plate violation to conceal ID, dismissed after $25 court costs and $50 Victims-Witness assessment paid; unregistered motor vehicle, not responsible (Newbury).

Maria Holder, 51, of 85 Bank St., Apt. 1, Newfield, N.Y.; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, three months’ pretrial probation, $50 Victim-Witness assessment (Merrimac).

Mark Klesel, 25, of 13 Olde Taverne Lane, Amesbury; uninsured motor vehicle, three months’ pretrial probation, $50 Victim-Witness assessment; operating motor vehicle with suspended registration, three months’ pretrial probation (Newburyport).

Anatoli Krychkevych, 24, of 62 Lake Shore Drive, South Hamilton; unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, three months’ pretrial probation, $50 Victim-Witness assessment; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed (Rowley).

Evan Miller, 20, of 14 Skunk Road, Merrimac; underage possession of alcohol, dismissed; underage possession of alcohol, guilty, $50 fine, $50 Victim-Witness assessment; possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Richard Corthell, 44, of 23 B St., Hampton, N.H.; unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, guilty, $100 fine, $50 Victim-Witness assessment; possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, not responsible; failure to drive in right lane, responsible, filed; speeding, responsible, filed; failure to stop for police, guilty, $100 fine (Merrimac).

Robert Daniels, 46, of 6 Elmwood St., Salisbury; threat to commit crime, one year’s pretrial probation, $50 Victim-Witness assessment (Salisbury).

David Brodeur, 28, of 3 Amesbury Landing, Amesbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, three months’ pretrial probation, $50 Victims-Witness assessment; unregistered motor vehicle, not responsible (Merrimac).

Vicente Waldineis, 31, of 126 Railroad Ave., Apt. 4, Salisbury; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, guilty, $200 fine, $50 Victims-Witness assessment (Salisbury).
