NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Gabriel S. Finkelstein, 26, 11 Berwick Lane, Worcester, was issued a summons Saturday at 9:14 a.m. on a charge of marijuana possession. Officer John Gavin issued the summons at the Green Street police station.

David Thomas O’Rourke, 52, 5 14th St., Newbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 5:12 p.m. on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order. Officer Michael Wilichoski issued the summons on Virginia Lane.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Anthony W. Earabino, 23, 102 Elm St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Friday at 6:24 p.m. on charges of tailgating, failure to display registration sticker and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers David Noyes and Denis Champagne Jr. issued the summons on School Street.

Thomas F. McGrath V, 17, 44 School St., Merrimac; Cody J. Donahue, 18, 127 Market St., Amesbury; and Brendan R. Bettencourt, 18, 9 Baker Road, Salisbury; were arrested Saturday at 2:08 a.m. and charged with malicious/wantonly injuring real or personal property, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Officers Noyes and Matthew Cunningham made the arrests in Market Square.

Rebecca Sunshine Myotte, 23, 2 Carriage Hill Road, No. 7, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 12:02 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Larry Bybee and Scott Peters made the arrest on Carriage Hill Road.

Benjamin M. Bunnell, 28, Route 108, Newton, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 6:21 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Noyes and Thomas Nichols made the arrest on Elm Street.

Derek K. Duquette, 29, and Kathryn B. McKinlay, 34, both of 35 Reflection Drive, Sandwich, were arrested Sunday at 1 a.m. by officers Nichols, Cunningham, Noyes and Kevin Mulrenin on Elm Street. Duquette was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation. McKinlay was charged with a previous warrant.
