The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Gabriel S. Finkelstein, 26, 11 Berwick Lane, Worcester, was issued a summons Saturday at 9:14 a.m. on a charge of marijuana possession. Officer John Gavin issued the summons at the Green Street police station.

David Thomas O’Rourke, 52, 5 14th St., Newbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 5:12 p.m. on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order. Officer Michael Wilichoski issued the summons on Virginia Lane.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Anthony W. Earabino, 23, 102 Elm St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Friday at 6:24 p.m. on charges of tailgating, failure to display registration sticker and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers David Noyes and Denis Champagne Jr. issued the summons on School Street.

Thomas F. McGrath V, 17, 44 School St., Merrimac; Cody J. Donahue, 18, 127 Market St., Amesbury; and Brendan R. Bettencourt, 18, 9 Baker Road, Salisbury; were arrested Saturday at 2:08 a.m. and charged with malicious/wantonly injuring real or personal property, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Officers Noyes and Matthew Cunningham made the arrests in Market Square.

Rebecca Sunshine Myotte, 23, 2 Carriage Hill Road, No. 7, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 12:02 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Larry Bybee and Scott Peters made the arrest on Carriage Hill Road.

Benjamin M. Bunnell, 28, Route 108, Newton, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 6:21 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Noyes and Thomas Nichols made the arrest on Elm Street.

Derek K. Duquette, 29, and Kathryn B. McKinlay, 34, both of 35 Reflection Drive, Sandwich, were arrested Sunday at 1 a.m. by officers Nichols, Cunningham, Noyes and Kevin Mulrenin on Elm Street. Duquette was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation. McKinlay was charged with a previous warrant.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Glendon D. Eaton IV., 19, 12B Janvrin Drive, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 11:21 p.m. and charged with possession of a class D substance to distribute, defective exhaust and an equipment violation. Officers Richard Dellaria and Keith Forget made the arrest on Pike Street.

Rebecca Myotte, 23, 2 Carriage Hill Road, No. 7, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 1:29 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. The arrest was made the Railroad Avenue police station.

Nathan R. Janvrin, 26, 1 Patriot Lane, No. 2, Georgetown, was arrested Saturday at 9:56 p.m. and charged with two counts of domestic assault and battery, threat to commit arson and possession of a class B substance (Adderall). The arrest was made at the Salisbury Inn, Beach Road.

Alexander Laskiewicz, 21, 120 Congress St., Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 11:09 p.m. and charged with malicious destruction of property more than $250. Officers Tullercash, Thurlow, Sindoni, Forget and Daniel McNeil made the arrest on Beach Road.

Ryan J. McInnis, 28, 30 Wildrose Drive, Dracut, was arrested Sunday at 9:38 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Michael Alder and Bruce Dow made the arrest on Atlantic Avenue.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

David W. Fogg, 36, 12 Fowlers Court, Apt. A2, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 9:42 p.m. and charged with two counts of simple assault, second degree assault (strangulation), kidnapping, criminal, threatening, resisting arrest or detention and obstructing report of crime or injury. Officers Chester Felch, Mark Richardson, David Hersey, Keith Dietenhofer and Sgt. David Buccheri made the arrest on South Main Street.

WEST NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Thomas Lyons, 22, 48D Smith Corner Road, Newton, N.H. was arrested Friday at 2:03 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Barry Coker and Michael Dwyer made the arrest on Main Street.

MERRIMAC

The following items were recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Michael J. Caftiglione, 46, 62 Salem St., No. 1, Bradford, was arrested Friday at 6:17 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Stephen A. Ringuette made the arrest on Interstate 495.

Megan B. Shaffer, 24, 9 Noyes Lane, Merrimac, was arrested Saturday at 2:44 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officer Ringuette made the arrest on Interstate 495 south.

Kara D. Welch, 22, 10 Pleasant St., Merrimac, was arrested Saturday at 9:24 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Richard Holcroft made the arrest on West Main Street.

Ryan F. Kennedy, 35, 25A Union St., Ext., Merrimac, was arrested Saturday at 11:46 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Officer Ringuette made the arrest on South Pleasant Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Justin C. Muir, 24, 6 Blaisdell St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Friday at 10:57 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection sticker. Trooper Flanagan issued the summons in Haverhill.

Ronald L. Comtois Jr., 37, 59 Observatory Ave., Haverhill, was issued a summons Saturday at midnight on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Flanagan issued the summons in Haverhill.
