Howard Weikle, 29, 22 John St., No. 4, Haverhill, was issued a summons Monday at 12:36 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and attaching plates. The summons was issued on Main Street.

ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:

Zachary Charles Barnes, 18, 39 Fellows Road, Ipswich, and Nicholas B. Slepoy, 20, 27 Dodge Road, Rowley; were arrested Friday at 9:05 p.m. and charged with possession of a class D substance and possession of a class D substance to distribute. The arrests were made on Route 1.

MERRIMAC

The following items were recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Albert Proia Jr., 47, 202 Pine Spring Road, Shipleigh Road, Maine, was arrested Monday at 8 a.m. and charged with four previous warrants, failure to signal and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense). Officer Robert Coppola made the arrest on East Main Street.

Mark Schwarz, 39, 16 Meadow Fox Road, North Hampton, N.H.; and Gary Hartwell, 45, 1A St., Merrimac; were arrested Tuesday at 10:05 a.m. and charged with previous warrants. Schwarz was also charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Coppola made the arrests on Route 110 near the Amesbury line.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Nathaniel Armstrong, 19, 45 Fulton St., Peabody, was arrested Sunday at 10 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Joshua Sindoni and Edwin Fournier made the arrest on Salem Street.

Alyssa A. Broome, 24, 11 Highland Ave., Derry, N.H. was issued a summons Tuesday at 2 p.m. on charges of no inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Detective James Morton issued the summons on School Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Michael A. Burton, 33, 154 Seaver St., No. 22, Dorchester, was arrested Sunday at 1:40 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and an equipment violation. Trooper Schumaker made the arrest in Newbury.

Dwayne E. Gammon, 38, 566 Shirley St., No. 2, Winthrop, was issued a summons Sunday at 2:40 p.m. on charges of speeding in violation of special regulations and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper Gondella issued the summons in Georgetown.

Robert F. Glancy, 57, 6 Cutts Road, No. 96, Kittery, Maine, was issued a summons Monday at 4:45 p.m. on charges of speeding and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Hickey issued the summons in Merrimac.
