Newburyport: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, Jan. 25, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trails:

Gina McWalter, 39, of 21 Perkins St., Apt. 17, Amesbury; domestic assault and battery, guilty, one year probation, no drugs or alcohol with random screenings, no abuse of victim, $50 Victims-Witness assessment; disturbing the peace, guilty, filed (Amesbury).

Joseph Richard Jr., 32, of 3 Summer St., Rowley; OUI liquor, guilty, one year probation, driver alcohol safety class, 45 day loss of license, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI victims assessment, $250 head injury assessment, $50 Victims-Witness assessment; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, guilty, filed; possession of a Class C drug, continued without finding for one year; marked lanes violation, not responsible (Newbury).

Daniel Souther, 50, of parts unknown, Haverhill; trespassing, guilty, 30 days in the house of correction, $50 Victims-Witness assessment (Newburyport).

William Harlow, 38, of 175 Indian Lake Dr., Lebanon, Maine; OUI drugs, continued without finding for one year, driver alcohol safety class, 45 day loss of license, drugs and alcohol free with random screenings, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI victims assessment, $250 head injury assessment, $50 Victims-Witness assessment; possession of a Class A drug, continued without finding for one year; number plate violation to conceal identity, continued without finding for one year; unregistered motor vehicle, no responsible; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; failure to signal, responsible, filed (Salisbury).

Kevin Sullivan, 63, of 75 Locust St., Salisbury; OUI liquor, second offense, guilty, two years’ probation, driver alcohol safety class, 90 day loss of license, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI victims assessment, $250 head injury assessment, $50 Victims-Witness assessment; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without finding for two years, $250 head injury assessment; marked lanes violation, not responsible (Salisbury).

Christian Kelley, 26, of 4 Kendell Lane, Salisbury; distribution of a Class A drug, guilty, two years in the house of correction, 37 days deemed served, balance suspended for two years, no drugs or alcohol with random screenings, $90 Victims-Witness assessment, $100 DAF; drug violation near a school or park, dismissed; conspiracy to violate drug law, dismissed (Newburyport).
