NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, Jan. 25, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Justo R. Barrios Morales, 23, 20 South St., Apt. 3, Lynn; leaving the scene of property damage, continued without finding and probation for six months, $50 Victim-Witness Fund; unlicensed driving, continued without finding and probation for six months; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Jose Flores, 37, 116 Elm St., Salisbury; unlicensed driving, guilty, $500 fine, $50 VWF; unlicensed driving, guilty, $500 fine, $50 VWF; marked lane violation, responsible, filed; fail to signal, responsible, filed (State Police).

Ismael Montes, 69, 9 Walden St., Jamaica Plain; unlicensed driving, guilty, 10 days in the house of correction, suspended with two years probation and ordered not to drive a motor vehicle, $1,000 fine, $250 surfine, $50 VWF; speeding, responsible, $200 assessment (State Police).

Christopher S. Lepage, 28, 5 Sunrise Drive, Ward Hill; shoplifting, guilty, $250 surfine; resisting arrest, guilty, 18 months probation, $50 VWF; possession of class B drugs, guilty, 18 months probation; possession of class E drugs, guilty, 18 months probation (Amesbury).

Jorina Triantafillakos, 27, 135 Ashworth Ave., Apt. 2, Hampton, N.H.; possession of class B drugs, guilty, 30 days in the house of correction, committed; possession of class E drugs, dismissed (Salisbury).

Robert B. Michael, 57, 3 Manners St., Ipswich; negligent driving, continued without finding and probation for four months conditioned upon completion of a half-day of the Brains At Risk program, $260 Head Injury Fund assessment; marked lanes violations, not responsible; speeding in violation of special regulations, not responsible (State Police).

Michael D. Mathieu, 39, 70 Madison St., No. 16, Amesbury; uninsured vehicle, continued for three months, $50 VWF; driving after registration suspension, continued for three months; unregistered vehicle, not responsible (Amesbury).

James M. Greaney, 56, 10 Harrison Eaton Lane, Amesbury; driving after license suspension, continued for three months, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Cipriano Cote, 49, 94 Carroll St., No. 2, Chelsea; unlicensed driving, continued for four months, $50 VWF; vehicle brakes violation, responsible, filed (State Police).

Joel Gyan, 34, 1138 Kingsbury Ave., Bradford; driving after license suspension, continued for six months, $50 VWF; vehicle not meeting safety standards, responsible, filed (State Police).

Brian J. Meyers, 51, 65 Hemlock Haven, Hampton, N.H.; negligent driving, continued without finding and probation for three months, $50 VWF, $250 HIF; marked lane violation, not responsible (Salisbury).

Roy J. Ricker, 33, 641 Haverhill St., Rowley; driving after license suspension for driving under the influence of alcohol, guilty, $1,000 fine, $250 surfine, $50 VWF (Rowley).

Ralph R. Trainor, 49, 6 Dunvegan Drive, Merrimac; driving after license suspension, continued for two months, $50 VWF; vehicle not meeting safety standards, not responsible (Amesbury).

Daniel T. Dossantos, 46, 58 Elm St., Salisbury; unlicensed driving, guilty, $100 fine, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

Carlene Weeks, 25, 23 Perkins St., Apt. C2, Amesbury; driving after license suspension, continued for three months, $50 VWF (Merrimac).

Michael McDonald Jr., 30, 4 Ferry Lots Lane, Salisbury; uninsured vehicle, continued without finding and probation for three months, $50 VWF; driving after license suspension, continued without finding and probation for three months; unregistered vehicle, responsible, filed (Salisbury).

Matthew M. Smith, 30, 194 Lafayette Road, No. 25N, Salisbury; unlicensed driving, continued for three months, $50 VWF; driving after registration suspension, continued for three months (Salisbury).

Allison Flanagan, 40, 2A Brentwood St., Plaistow, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditions upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 Operating Under Intoxication fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund assessment, $250 HIF; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).
