The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Michael M. Daly, 31, 151 High St., Portsmouth, N.H., was arrested Friday at 12:59 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officers Dani Michalek and Jason Kohan made the arrest on State Street.

Alexander R. Laskiewicz, 21, 151 River St., Haverhill, was arrested Friday at 5:32 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, leaving scene after property damage and disorderly conduct. Officers Eric Marshall and Kohan made the arrest on Park Circle.

Thomas E. Simon, 54, 5 Margerie St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Friday at 11:38 a.m. on a charge of criminal harassment. Inspector Michael Sugrue issued the summons at the Green Street police station.

Tyler Haynes, 17, 236 Low St., No. 23, Newburyport, was arrested Friday at 6:13 p.m. and charged with three counts of indecent assault and battery on a person with intellectual disability and open and gross lewdness. Officer Michalek made the arrest at the Green Street police station.

Daniel B. Souther, 51, no fixed address, Haverhill, was arrested Friday at 9:09 p.m. and charged with possession of a class A substance. At the same time Glen Mitchell, 49, 14A Forest St., Dover, N.H., was issued a summons for heroin possession. Sgt. Stephen Chaisson and officers Charles Ferlauto and Christopher McDonald made the arrest after responding to a drug overdose call on Christopher Street.

Shannon R. Simmons, 41, 44 Parker St., Newbury, was arrested Friday at 9:13 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Michalek and Sgt. Howard Adams made the arrest on State Street.

AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Kevin P. Bolduc, 27, 6 Alpha St., Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 12:39 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and marked lanes. Officers Steven Reed and Charles Sciacca made the arrest on Route 110.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

James R. Antanavich, 46, 233A South Main St., Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 3:25 a.m. and charged with two counts possession of a class B substance and marked lanes. Officer Richard Dellaria and Sgt. Timothy Hunter made the arrest on Pike Street.

Vincente Waldeineis, 31, 126 Railroad Ave., No. 4; and Rosa M. Costa, 54, 126 Railroad Ave., No. 3, Salisbury, were issued summonses Friday at 10:13 a.m. by officer Dellaria on Bridge Road. Waldeineis was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and tinted windows. Costa was charged with allowing improper operation of a motor vehicle.

Paul J. Franklin, 75, 16 Pike St., Salisbury, was issued a summons Friday at 10:40 a.m. on charges of operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle. Officer Michael Alder issued the summons following a motor vehicle accident on Pike Street.

Michael J. Bussey, 19, 30 Rabbit Road, Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 9:54 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant, Percocet possession and person under 21 in possession of alcohol. Officers Patrick Szymkowski and Christopher Thurlow made the arrest on Main Street. At the same time, Victoria A. Cole, 19, 2 Linda Lane, Seabrook; Meaghan Cote, 18, 90 Ferry Road, Salisbury; and Maurine Preston, 19, 7 Dandiview Acres, Seabrook; were issued summonses for person under 21 in possession of alcohol.

Bret Lincoln, 26, 7 Kasher Drive, Apt. A, Kingston, N.H.; and Douglas J. Rayworth, 24, 67 West First St., North Berwick, Maine; were arrested Saturday at 1:05 a.m. by officers Dellaria, Thurlow, Daniel McNeil and Jeremy Kelley following a disturbance at Ten’s Show Club, North End Boulevard. Lincoln was charged with possession of a firearm without a permit and Rayworth was charged with disorderly conduct.

Carmen J. Scalia, 50, 19 Hub Hollow Road, Danville, N.H.; and Karyn B. Wright, 32, 11 Railroad Ave., No. 4, Salisbury; were issued summonses Saturday at 2:22 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Alder and Timothy Rivet issued the summonses on Railroad Avenue.

Brandon S. Gray, 25, 180 Main St., Rowley, was arrested Saturday at 3:30 p.m. and charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering and trespassing. Officers Neil Moody, Forget, Hunter and Dellaria made the arrest after responding to a breaking and entering in progress at Gray’s Garage, Elm Street.

Alan R. Condon, 48, 77 Shine Road, Leominster, was arrested Saturday at 9:33 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officers Dellaria, Forget and Hunter made the arrest on Ferry Road.

Richard J. Arrajj, 39, 8 Westwood Terrace, Lawrence, was arrested Sunday at 1:31 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officer Michael Tullercash made the arrest on Elm Street.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Robert Wesley Crowley, 57, 21 Folly Mill Terrace, Apt. 3D, Seabrook, was arrested Thursday at 6:28 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant and driving after revocation or suspension. Officers Ryan Kane and Daniel Hickman made the arrest on Folly Mill Terrace.

Mathew D. Simons, 31, 3 Pillsbury Pasture Road, Kingston, N.H., was arrested Thursday at 6:21 p.m. and charged with criminal trespassing. Officer Michael Cawley made the arrest at the Route 1 Walmart.

Jerry William Dow, 22, 70 Washington St., Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 11:03 a.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer John Mounsey made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Melloine Trippett, 23, 19 Beckford St., Beverly, was issued a summons Thursday at 11:50 a.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Officer Richard Merrill Jr. issued the summons on Main Street.

Shawn Fitzgerald, 44, 95 Middle St., West Newbury, was arrested Friday at 11:30 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to drive in right lane, resisting arrest, possession of a class D substance and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Officers Barry Coker, John Cammarata and Sgt. Daniel Cena made the arrest on Ash Street.

MERRIMAC

The following items were recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Austin S. Perreault, 20, 4 Colgan Road, Merrimac, was issued a summons Saturday at 8:58 a.m. on charges of operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle. Officer Robert Coppola issued the summons on Interstate 495.

Elizabeth A. Chase, 27, 19 Winter St., Merrimac, was arrested Sunday at 1:27 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Officer Stephen Ringuette made the arrest at the East Main Street police station.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Joshua D. Serry, 36, 52 River St., No. 7, Haverhill, was arrested Thursday at 3:09 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Trooper Provost made the arrest in Haverhill.

Beth Sugerman, 23, 25 Meadowbrook Circle, Sudbury, was issued a summons Thursday at 9:53 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Katasarakes issued the summons in Haverhill.

Paul O. MacKinnon, 45, 14 G. St., No. 4, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Friday at 10:40 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Trooper O’Neill made the arrest in Merrimac.

Colin E. O’Brien, 41, 8 Dove St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Friday at 6:35 p.m. on a charge of violating municipal bylaw. Trooper Hickey issued the summons in Haverhill.

Luis Colon, 21, 153 Salem St., Lawrence, was issued a summons Saturday at 4:45 p.m. on charges of fail to drive in right lane, speeding and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper Hickey issued the summons in Haverhill.
