The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Jena Bertone, 22, 7 North Martin Road, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 12:42 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, marked lanes, leaving scene of personal injury and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Gregory Whitney, Jason Kohan and Sgt. Stephen Chaisson made the arrest following a motor vehicle accident on Merrimac Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Laura Francis Riley, 48, 1 Brown Ave., No. 80, Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 11:13 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officers David Noyes and Craig and Carl Lesage made the arrest on Whitehall Road.

Charles E. Reinstein, 32, 487 South Main St., Brewer, Maine, was issued a summons Saturday at 5:39 p.m. on a charge of possession of a class B substance. Officers Noyes and Thomas Nichols issued the summons on Interstate 495 north.

Leonard J. Poole, 47, 20 Melissa Drive, Pembroke, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 9:33 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace. Officers Nichols, Noyes, Jonathan Morrill, Kevin Mulrenin, Sgt. Glenn Chaput and Lauren Tirone made the arrest after responding to a large party inside the Fairfield Inn by Marriott at Clarks Road.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Scott A. McAuley, 36, 92 Prospect St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Friday at 9:46 p.m. on charges of speeding and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officers Jeremy Kelley and Michael Tullercash made the arrest on Pike Street.

Ronald J. Allard, 45, 64 Pike St., Salisbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 7:33 p.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct. Officers Brian Smith and Daniel McNeil issued the summons on Toll Road.

Robert G. Kastanko, 63, 26 Boynton Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 9:26 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Richard Dellaria made the arrest on Bridge Road.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

David M. Heywood, 38, 19 Vermont St., Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 12:20 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Detective Aaron Wojtkowski made the arrest in a wooded area off Highfield Road.

WEST NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Shane Decoteau, 27, 50 Pine St,. Bradford, was arrested Friday at 6:14 p.m. and charged with possession of a class D substance to distribute, possession of a class E substance and a previous warrant. Officers Eric Forni and Barry Coker made the arrest on Main Street.

GROVELAND

The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:

Diane Flynn, 55, 170 Seven Star Road, Groveland, was arrested Saturday at 10:20 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Eric Gorski made the arrest on Byfield Road.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Christopher Eager, 22, 11 Nichols St., Merrimac, was issued a summons Saturday at 7:40 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Officer Mark Sayers issued the summons in Merrimac Square.

ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:

Todd M. Reeves, 40, 1108 Boston Road, Haverhill, was issued a summons Friday at 7:04 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The summons was issued on Haverhill Street.

GEORGETOWN

The following item was recorded in the Georgetown police log:

Kyle Nadeau, 25, 70 Richard St., Seekonk, was arrested Sunday at 5:11 a.m. and charged with trespassing and disturbing the peace. Officer Adam Raymond made the arrest on Jewett Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Michelle R. Vallant, 32, 55 Varnum St., first floor, Haverhill, was issued a summons Saturday at 7:50 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, motor vehicle not meeting Registry of Motor Vehicles standards and registration not in possession. Trooper DePena issued the summons in Amesbury.

Anthony W. DePaola-Antonio, 62, 1 Brown Ave., No. 95, Amesbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 4:56 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and marked lanes. Trooper Hickey issued the summons in Amesbury.
