Salisbury's Capri honoring military, veterans in November

SALISBURY — Capri Seaside Italian Grille is offering a free pasta entree on Wednesdays to veterans and active-duty military personnel who bring a U.S. military ID, veterans affairs card or discharge documents to the restaurant on Salisbury Beach.

The offer is valid for one Pasta Night entree, which includes salad and bread, on Wednesdays during the month of November.

Pasta Night selections include Chicken, Broccoli and Penne; Fettucini Alfredo, Bolognese, Linguini with Clams, Shrimp Scampi, Tortellini Pesto, Pasta and Meatballs or Sausage. Entrees are served with a garden salad and bread. The offer applies to dine-in orders only at the casual Italian eatery.

“My father was a U.S. Navy Veteran,” said Wayne Capolupo, managing partner of the Atlantic Hospitality Group, which owns and operates Capri.

“My family is honored to acknowledge service provided by our local men and women by giving just a little something back to say thank-you. We appreciate the courage, dedication and sacrifice of all active and retired military personnel,” Capolupo said in a press release.
