The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Michael Daniels, 33, no fixed address, Hampton, N.H., was issued a summons Sunday at 3 a.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper Sullivan issued the summons in Boxford.

Kevin Munroe, 53, 313 Epping Road, Exeter, N.H., was issued a summons Sunday at 7:10 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding. Trooper Provost issued the summons in Merrimac.

Daniel Kress, 38, 30 Maple St., Melrose, was issued a summons Sunday at 3:40 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Trooper Moran issued the summons in Georgetown.

Derek J. Daigle, 23, 53 Long Pond Drive, Tyngsborough, was issued a summons Monday at 12:11 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a lights violation. Trooper Sullivan issued the summons in Haverhill.

Antonio Vicioso-Dejesus, 43, 49 Bellevue Ave., No. 2, Haverhill, was arrested Monday at 9:50 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Trooper Flanagan made the arrest in Haverhill.
