NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Nov. 6 at Newburyport District Court, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Anthony Laine, 32, 12 Pike St., Salisbury; larceny of a motor vehicle, sentenced to six months in the house of correction, 32 days deemed served, balance suspended, Victim-Witness Fund $90 (Amesbury).

Andrew Nevin, 46, 19 Elm St., Amesbury; assault and battery, continued without finding for three months, no contact with victim, VWF $50 (Amesbury).

Laun Kulbeth, 31, 7B Pleasant St., Salisbury; assault and battery, continued without finding for nine months, VWF $50, no abuse of victim, anger-management counseling (Salisbury).

Hannah Marini, 22, 152 Cedar St., Haverhill; operating motor vehicle with suspended license, pretrial probation for six months, VWF $50 (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Nov. 8 at Newburyport District Court, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Kevin Morris, 37, 5 Emery St., Merrimac; driving while under the influence of alcohol, one year suspended sentence, probation for one year, 45-day loss of license, alcohol counseling program, OUI fund, $250 head-injury fund, $250 Victim-Witness fund, $50 OUI-victim fund, $50 (Merrimac).

Michael Maccaro, 36, 16 Friend St., Amesbury; assault, guilty, 2 1/2 years house of correction, 45 days to be served, sober for one year, court and clinical supervision (Amesbury); assault, resisting arrest, $15,000 restitution, 18 months in the house of correction, suspended for three years, probation for three years (Merrimac).

Judge Allen Swan presided over the following jury-waived trial:

Sheila Pence, 47, 13 Auburn St. Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol, 45-day loss of license, alcohol safety program, continued without finding for one year, OUI $250, Head-Injury Fund $250, OUI-victim $50, VWF $50 (Amesbury).
