The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:
Rebeccah Pearson, 34, of 2 Parsons St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Wednesday at 6:27 p.m. for larceny over $250. The summons was issued at Valentines on State Street by Officer Christopher McDonald.
James Powers, 52, of 528 Ocean Blvd., Hampton, N.H., was issued a summons Wednesday at 4:25 p.m. for two charges of larceny by check under $250. The summons was issued at Hymans Pennyworth on Storey Avenue by Inspector Michael Sugrue.
Patrick H. Garten, 49, of 5 Middle St., Apt. 2, Newburyport, was issued a summons Friday at 1:07 p.m. for uninsured motor vehicle, abandoned motor vehicle and no inspection sticker. The summons was issued on Middle Street by officer Shawn Eaton.
Kristin Leigh Ross, 32, 236 Western Ave., Essex, was arrested Sunday at 4:03 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Officer Kevin Martin and Sgt. Stephen Chaisson made the arrest on Bromfield Street following a motor vehicle accident.
AMESBURY
The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:
Luis Rosario-Rivera, 21, 47 Temple St., Lowell, was arrested Friday at 6:13 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license as to being a habitual traffic offender, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and an equipment violation. Officers Thomas Nichols, Craig Lesage and Kevin Mulrenin made the arrest on Macy Street.
Richard Nieves Jr., 20, 31 Chester St., second floor, Lawrence, was arrested Saturday at 12:44 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant and person under 21 in possession of alcohol. Officers Matthew Cunningham, Michael Purvis and Sgt. Craig Bailey made the arrest on Highland Street. At the same time, Zachary L. Calderwood, 20, 9 Tuxbury Lane, Amesbury; Stephanie M. McGrath, 19, 40 Kathleen Circle, Rowley; and David Miller, 20, 30 Fern Ave., Amesbury, were issued summonses for person under 21 in possession of alcohol.
Tyler J. Dorris, 22, 168 Elm St., Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 10:48 p.m. and charged with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon. Officer Cunningham and Sgt. Glenn Chaput made the arrest on Elm Street.
Juan Velasquez, 34, 3A St., Hudson, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 1:36 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Nichols, Cunningham and Bailey made the arrest on Macy Street.
SALISBURY
The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:
Kyle P. Holyoke, 22, 115 Wall St., Bridgewater, was issued summonses and charged with driving an uninsured vehicle and driving after registration revocation. Officer Timothy Hunter issued the summonses on Pike Street on Thursday at 9:49 a.m.
Eugene Doran, 35, 77 Summer St., Andover, was issued summonses and charged with driving an uninsured vehicle and allowing the operation of a vehicle with a revoked registration. Officer Hunter issued the summonses on Elm Street Thursday at 3:48 p.m.
Gwen Marcelle Chabot, 19, 310 Main Ave., South Hampton, was issued a summons Friday at 4:01 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a lights violation. Officer Keith Forget issued the summons on Congress Street.
Wendi Gaynor, 40, 21 Lena Mae Way, Salisbury, was arrested Sunday at 1:44 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officer Michael Tullercash and Sgt. Daniel McNeil made the arrest on Lena Mae Way.
SEABROOK
The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:
Dina M. Martorano, 40, 15 Seymour St., Winthrop, was arrested on a warrant on Tuesday at 2:53 p.m. Officer John Mounsey made the arrest at the police station.
Michelle A. Legault, 34, 8 Grape St., Newmarket, N.H., was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant and also arrested and charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit theft, and one count each of attempt to commit theft and disobeying an officer. Officer Ryan Kane made the arrest at the police station Tuesday at 8:54 p.m.
Anthony Hernandez, 19, 43 New Road, Newmarket, N.H., was arrested and charged with disobeying an officer and conspiracy to commit theft. Hernandez was charged at Rockingham County Jail by officer Kane Tuesday at 10:13 p.m.
Christopher J. Jojokian, 30, 29 Willow Road, Newton, N.H., was arrested on a warrant, and Tracey Lee Damelio, 27, of 106 Logging Road, Cape Natick, Maine, was also arrested and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officers Jeremy Tetreault, Chet Felch and Sgt. John Wasson made the arrests at the Hampshire Inn Tuesday at 10:22 p.m.
Scott A. Mcauley, 35, 233 North End Blvd,, Salisbury, was arrested on a warrant Tuesday at 11:55 p.m. Officers Kane and Felch made the arrest on Route 286.
Christopher L. Yeley, 38, 104 Centennial St., Apt. A., Seabrook, was arrested on a warrant, charged with being a fugitive from justice. Officers David Hersey, Patrick Smart and John Mounsey made the arrest on Ayer Circle on Wednesday at 11:34 a.m.
Scott Edward MacTaggart, 48, 71 Sullivan St., Berwick, Maine, was arrested on a bench warrant and charged with burglary. Officer John Mounsey, Sgt. Robert Granlund and Detective Daniel Lawrence made the arrest at the police station on Wednesday at 4:32 p.m.
Ross David Roy, 18, 14 Palermo St., Westford, was arrested and charged Wednesday at 7:32 p.m. with unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21. Officer Kane and Sgt. John Wasson made the arrest on Ocean Blvd.
Meaghan Welch, 22, 520 Lafayette Road, No. 6-8, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 5:48 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism). Officer Daniel Hickman made the arrest on Liberty Lane.
Raymond Michael Cooer, 18, 136 Pelham St. No. 5, Methuen, was issued a summons Friday at 11:30 p.m. on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. Officers Kane and Tetreault made the arrest on Haverhill Street.
Luis P. Pimental, 22, 944 Lafayette Road, Apt. 19A, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 12:15 p.m. and charged with three counts of simple assault and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officer Justin Murphy made the arrest on Liberty Lane.
ROWLEY
The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:
Jesse Lawrence Donovan, 21, 6 Richs Court, Amesbury; and Ryan Francis Lavalley, 34 Old Town Way, No. 34, Salisbury; were arrested Wednesday at 10:47 a.m. and charged with possession of a class D substance to distribute and possession of a class D substance. Donovan was also charged with speeding. The arrests were made on Main Street.
STATE POLICE
The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:
William Brandolini, 24, 109 Gile St., Haverhill, was arrested Friday at 12:05 a.m. and charged with possession of a class C substance and no seat belt. Trooper Demeo made the arrest in Salisbury.
Ronia Santana, 34, 649 South Main St., Bradford, was issued a summons Friday at 4:32 a.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper Demeo issued the summons in Haverhill.
Robert E. Macklin Jr., 49, 190 Atlantic Ave., North Hampton, N.H., was issued a summons Friday at 5:50 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle out of restriction. Trooper Wilson issued the summons in Haverhill.
Bethany Taylor, 25, 12 Montcalm St., Weymouth, was issued a summons Friday at 3:40 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Trooper Silva issued the summons in Boxford.
Mark Finnegan Jr., 27, 2 Trask St., Beverly, was issued a summons Saturday at 2:55 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Smith issued the summons in Boxford.
