Newburyport Mayor Donna Holaday has been invited to be the speaker at this year's Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School graduation ceremony.
Holaday will address the graduates at the June 4 commencement.
Newburyport is one of 11 communities that sends students to Whittier.
