Shanon Goss, 29, 6 Laura Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Monday at 7:01 p.m. and charged with a bench warrant. Officer Ryan Kane made the arrest on Laura Lane.

Jessica Caisse, 26, no fixed address, Salisbury; and Will Flaherty, 23, no fixed address, Salisbury; were arrested Tuesday at 5:02 p.m. by officers Adam Laurent, Michael Maloney and Michael Cawley on Virginia Lane. Caisse was charged with criminal liability for conduct of another. Flaherty was charged with theft by unauthorized taking and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

Mitchell Foote, 24, 214 South Main St., Seabrook, was arrested Tuesday at 8:43 p.m. and charged with a bench warrant. Officers David Hersey, Jason Bouchrouche and Sgt. David Buccheri made the arrest on Butland Avenue.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

Matthew D. McNulty, 28, 131 Northern Blvd., Newbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 4:06 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Daniel Jenkins and Sgt. Stephen Jenkins issued the summons on Scotland Road.

WEST NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Leo Hamilton, 58, 1 Cole St., Salem, N.H. was arrested Monday at 4:06 p.m. and charged with forging/misusing RMV document, no inspection sticker and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Officer Barry Coker made the arrest on Main Street.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

David O’Toole, 27, 19 Birchwood Drive, Hamptead, N.H. was arrested Tuesday at 9 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Detective James Morton made the arrest on School Street.

Kenneth T. Vichill, 51, 14 Dennett St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 3 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license. Detective Morton issued the summons on Salem Street.
