Proposed property values available for review

AMESBURY — The Assessor’s Office announced yesterday that, in accordance with Mass General Laws, the fiscal year 2014 assessed values for all properties in the city “have been adjusted to full and fair market value as of Jan. 1, 2013.”

The proposed valuation information is available at the Assessor’s Office in Town Hall, the Amesbury Public Library or online at

Individual property record cards can be reviewed at the Assessor’s Office during normal office hours of: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Wednesday; 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, and 8 a.m. to noon, Friday, from Oct. 3 through Oct. 18.

All values are subject to change pending the Department of Revenue’s final certification.
