---- — NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, Sept. 26, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Robert A. Melanson, 53, 591 North End Blvd., Salisbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol, not prosecuted; driving after license revocation, not prosecuted; marked lanes violation, not prosecuted (Salisbury).

Dylan Svenson, 19, 32 Oakwood Ave., Billerica; uninsured vehicle, continued for three months; driving after registration suspension, continued for three months; unregistered vehicle, not responsible (State Police).

Stephanie Capone, 28, 593 South Main St., Apt. 2, Bradford; negligent driving, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of the State Courts Against Road Rage and half-day Brains At Risk programs, $50 Victim-Witness Fund, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V, $250 HIF; speeding, responsible, $200 assessment (State Police).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, Sept. 27, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Zachary V. Crossman, 22, 71 Wethersfield St., Rowley; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding conditioned upon completion of the alcohol safety awareness and half-day Brains At Risk programs, $50 VWF, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V, $250 HIF; leaving the scene of property damage,dismissed; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed (Rowley).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Friday, Sept. 28, in Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

John Strausser, 26, 75 Willow St., Woburn; trespassing, guilty, filed (Newburyport).

Ryan Leclaire, 27, 180 Main St., Amesbury; possession of a class B substance, guilty, 90 days in house of correction, 38 days to be served (Amesbury).

Steven R. Cimmino, 52, 21 Michela Way, Nottingham, N.H.; assault and battery, continued without finding for 11 months, $50 VWF; carrying a dangerous weapon, continued without finding for 11 months (Salisbury).

Neil G. Berzins, 20, 68 Northridge Road, Ipswich; sell/deliver liquor to person under 21, continued without finding for one year, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Leona Venuti, 58, 257 Newton Road, Haverhill; forge/misuse Registry of Motor Vehicles document, pretrial probation for three months (Amesbury).

Mitch R. Cohen, 33, 70 Powow St., No. 2, Amesbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), guilty, 60 days in house of correction, sentence suspended for one year; no inspection sticker, $50 VWF; motor vehicle lights violation, responsible, filed (Newbury).

Robert J. Daigle, 26, 39 Orchard St., Merrimac; resisting arrest, continued without finding for three months, $50 VWF; disorderly conduct, continued without finding for three months (Newburyport).

Michael Taylor, 19, 675 Main St., Haverhill; stalking, guilty, 18 months in house of correction, four months to be served, balance suspended for two years, credit for 56 days served, stay away from victim and victim’s residence, $90 VWF; daytime breaking and entering of a building to commit a felony, guilty, 18 months in house of correction, four months to be served, balance suspended for two years, credit for 56 days served to run concurrently with first charge (Merrimac).

James F. Arnold, 31, 16 Woodman Way, No. 4, Newburyport; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), 60 days in house of correction, sentence suspended one year, $50 VWF; operating an unregistered motor vehicle, responsible, $500 fine (West Newbury).

Micah J.
