police logs


The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

William Marini, 29, 152 Cedar St., Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 11:18 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant and being a fugitive from justice. Officers Ronald Guilmette and Raymond Landry made the arrest on Macy Street. At the same time, Hannah B. Marini, 23, same address, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to inspect.

Michael P. Dellea, 30, 279 Western Ave., Gloucester, was arrested Sunday at 5:52 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to inspect. Officer Thomas Nichols made the arrest on School Street.

An 11-year-old juvenile was arrested Sunday at 9:42 p.m. and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon. Officers David Noyes and Scott Peters made the arrest on Friend Street.

Joseph Kelly, 28, 180 Lions Mouth Road, Amesbury, was issued a summons Monday at 1:22 a.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Nichols and Noyes issued the summons on Main Street.

Kenneth Knorr, 28, 4L Overlook Road, Derry, N.H., was arrested Monday at 2:17 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Noyes and Peters made the arrest on Interstate 495, southbound exitway.


The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Matthew Szpak-Rabbitt, 22, 24 Judith St., Danville, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 1:40 p.m. and charged with two previous warrants. Officers Michael Alder and Bruce Dow made the arrest on Lafayette Road.

Jonathan Briggs, 57, 41 Green St., No. 1, Newburyport, was arrested Sunday at 10:43 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Timothy Rivet, Richard Dellaria and Sgt. Daniel McNeil made the arrest on Broadway.
