NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, Dec. 3, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Alisson J. Willmanton, 25, 12 Cooper Pond Road, Rowley; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $250 Operating Under Intoxication fund, $50 OUI Victim Fund assessment, $205 Head Injury Fund, $50 Victim-Witness Fund assessment; vehicle lights violation, responsible, filed (Salisbury).

Patricia A. O’Malley, 47, 80 Windgate St., Apt. 4F, Haverhill; driving after license suspension, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months, $50 VWF; no inspection sticker, not responsible (Amesbury).

Mariatheresa A. Cowles, 53, 239 Haverhill St., Apt. A, Rowley; violation of an abuse prevention order, continued without finding, and the case continued generally for one year conditioned upon complying with the restraining order, state Department of Children and Family requirements and probation conditions, as well as completing a court clinic evaluation and complying with recommendations, $50 VWF, $25 restraining order fee (Rowley).
