NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Dec. 2 at Newburyport District Court, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Gary Collum, 48, 19 Hodgkins Drive, Ipswich; driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense, open container, admission to facts, head-injury fund, $250, victim-witness fund (VWF); $50, OUI-victim fund; $50, six months house of correction, suspended for two years probation, 14 days of inpatient counseling, remain alcohol-free, two-year loss of license (Newbury).

Paul Smith, 56, 27 Washington St., Newburyport; operating uninsured motor vehicle, operating with suspended registration, VWF, $50 (Salisbury).

Noella Davis, 17, 4 Lindsey Way, Groveland; drug possession (pills), possession of liquor under 21, drug violation near a school, VWF $90, continued without finding while in counseling, $150 for drug analysis (West Newbury).

Molly Crissinger, 30, 70 Madison St., Amesbury; operating uninsured motor vehicle, operating with suspended license, VWF, $50, (Merrimac).

Robert Mazalauski, 43, 6 Pond Hill Road, Amesbury; operating uninsured motor vehicle, operating with suspended registration, VWF, $50, pretrial probation, continued for four months (Merrimac).

Amber Kelly, 51, 135 Forrest St., Plaistow, N.H.; driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense, operating unlicensed motor vehicle; 90 days house of correction, suspended for two years probation, $600 fine, $150 in court costs, Head-Injury Fund, $250, VWF, $50, OUI fund, $50, two years loss of license; on charge No. 2, fine $100.
