NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, Dec. 4, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury-waived trials.

John P. Vaillant, 48, 58 Maple Ave., Atkinson; negligent driving, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months conditioned upon completion of the State Courts Against Road Rage program, $50 Victim-Witness Fund assessment (VWF) (Salisbury).

Joshua Grullon, 26, 486 Haverhill St., Lawrence; driving after registration suspension, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for four months, $50 VWF; uninsured vehicle, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for four months; no inspection sticker, not responsible (State Police).

Olivia Gannon, 20, 1 Washington St., Apt. 503, Haverhill; driving after license suspension, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months, $50 VWF; vehicle lights violation, responsible, filed (Rowley).

Ryan S. Leveille, 23, 15 Bartlett St., Apt. 2, Haverhill; disorderly conduct, continued without finding and probation for six months, $50 VWF; $50 court costs; possession of class C drugs (clonapins), continued without finding and probation for six months, court costs $100 (Amesbury).
