Police Logs

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Bassem S. Hanna, 37, 70 Marshland St., Haverhill, was arrested Tuesday at 7:12 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, failure to inspect and an equipment violation. Officers Thomas Nichols, David Noyes and Lauren Tirone made the arrest on Macy Street.

Derek Aviles, 18, 92 Pilling St., No. 2, Haverhill, was arrested Tuesday at 9:44 p.m. and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon. Officers Noyes and Nichols made the arrest on Haverhill Road.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Erika K. Boyd, 22, 72 Seabrook Road, Salisbury, was arrested Tuesday at 10:29 a.m. and charged with a bench warrant. Officer David Hersey made the arrest on Lafayette Road.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Melissa Young, 41, 5 Woodbury St., Gloucester, was issued a summons Tuesday at 5:31 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, no inspection sticker and refusing to identify self to police. Officer Barry Coker issued the summons on Main Street.

Wiliam Urban, 30, 23 Emerson Drive, Fremont, N.H., was issued a summons Wednesday at 4:41 p.m. on a charge of revoked license. Officer Barry Coker issued the summons on Main Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Miguel Andujar, 33, 95 West St., Lowell, was arrested Tuesday at 11:10 a.m. and charged with failing to identify self to police, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and no inspection sticker. Trooper McTeague made the arrest in Haverhill.

Jaclyn A. Vazquez, 33, 8 Grape St., Newmarket, N.H.; and Gregory Davis, 34, 10 Hancock St., Haverhill; were arrested Tuesday at 12:55 p.m. by trooper Flanagan in Haverhill. Vazquez was charged with two counts of shoplifting and receiving stolen property more than $250. Davis was charged with marked lanes, speeding and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Rachel L. Defuria, 30, 159 Brady Brow Road, East Haverhill, was arrested Tuesday at 3:15 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Crowley made the arrest in Haverhill.
