Book and bake sale at library next week

WEST NEWBURY — The Annual Fall Friends of the Library Book and Bake Sale is scheduled for Oct. 18-20 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Oct. 21 from noon to 3 p.m. at the Old Town Hall, 491 Main St. (across Route 113 from the GAR Memorial Library.)

The bake sale will be on Saturday morning, Oct. 20 and feature free coffee and cider.

The Friends Book Sales’ famous “$2 a Bag Day” is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 21. Fill a bag with books and pay only $2 for the bag.

All proceeds benefit children and adult programs, museum passes and other Friends of the Library-supported activities. Contact the library, 978-363-1105 or www.westnewburylibrary.org, with questions, to provide a bake sale item or to volunteer at the book or bake sale.
