NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Oct. 2 at Newburyport District Court, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Samantha Siano, 35, 44 New Zealand Road, Newbury; assault and battery, continued without finding for 11 months, Victim-Witness Fund $50, continue counseling, no abuse of hospital staff (Newburyport).

Dana Chooljian, 45, 156 Bachelor St., West Newbury; operating with a suspended license, no inspection sticker, possession of class B drug, improper storage of firearm, pretrial probation on all charges (West Newbury).

Francis Klemas, 53, 11 Durgin Drive, Newton; driving while under the influence of alcohol (fourth offense), amended to third offense, guilty, 2 1/2 years in house of correction, six months to be served, balance suspended, Head-Injury Fund $250, VWF $50, OUI $50, eight-year loss of license (Merrimac).

Richard Morrell, 40, 1 Horton St., Newburyport; fugitive from justice, picked up by New Hampshire authorities, in connection with burglaries in Lebanon, N.H., charges in Massachusetts dropped upon transfer of custody (Newburyport).

Judge Michael Uhlarik presided over the following jury trial:

Robin Beaty, 36, 79 Pearson Drive, Byfield; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, probation for two years, two years loss of license, alcohol free, HIF $250, VWF $50, OUI, $50 (Newbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, with Judge Michael Uhlarik presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Michael P. Dellea, 30, 279 Western Ave., Gloucester; unlicensed driving, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for six month. $50 Victim/Witness Fund assessment; vehicle not meeting safety standards, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, Oct. 12, 2012, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Yasser Elaziz, 4 Purrington Lane, Hampton; unlicensed driving, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for two months, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Samuel J. Adnriotakis, 18, 52 Railroad Ave., Salisbury; unlicensed driving, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for two months, $50 VWF (Newburyport).
