DISTRICT COURT

The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, Oct. 22, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Scott M. Haded, 47, 5 Kelly Terrace, Tewksbury; threatening to commit crime, continued without finding and probation for four months conditioned upon staying away from the victim, $200 court costs, $50 Victim/Witness Fund assessment (State Police).

Seth E. Kelley, 29, 4 Kendall Lane, Salisbury, larceny of more than $250, continued without finding and probation for six months, $400 court costs, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, Oct. 22, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Patrick G. Griffin, 56, 59 Beach Road, Salisbury; indecent exposure, continued without finding and probation for one year; disorderly conduct, continued without finding and probation for one year; resisting arrest, guilty, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

Ralph L. Cunningham, 41, 71 Blacksnake Road, Seabrook; driving after license suspension (subsequent offense), guilty, 60 days in the house of correction, committed; refusing to identify self to law enforcement, guilty, $100 fine; fail to stop/yield, responsible, filed (State Police).

Christina Mulhern, 26, 3 Malborough Ave., Apt. 1, Methuen; driving while under the influence of alcohol; continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 Operating Under Intoxication fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim/Witness Fund assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment; marked lane violation, responsible, filed; speeding, responsible, filed (Salisbury).

Jasmary Pizarro, 21, 136 Winter St., Apt. 9, Haverhill; unlicensed driving, guilty, $100 fine; marked lane violation, responsible, $100 fine; fail to wear seat belts, not responsible (Merrimac).

Joeli A. Pappalardo, 44, 20 12th St., Salisbury; assault and batter on a person over the age of 60, guilty, two years in the house of corrections, three days to be served and the balance suspended with two years’ probation conditioned upon no abuse of the victim, compliance with the restraining order, participation in the Office of Community Correction counselling clinic and remaining drug and alcohol free, $90 VWF; witness intimidation, guilty, two years probation’; domestic assault and battery, dismissed (Salisbury).
