---- — The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, Oct. 22, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Scott M. Haded, 47, 5 Kelly Terrace, Tewksbury; threatening to commit crime, continued without finding and probation for four months conditioned upon staying away from the victim, $200 court costs, $50 Victim/Witness Fund assessment (State Police).

Seth E. Kelley, 29, 4 Kendall Lane, Salisbury, larceny of more than $250, continued without finding and probation for six months, $400 court costs, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, Oct. 22, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Patrick G. Griffin, 56, 59 Beach Road, Salisbury; indecent exposure, continued without finding and probation for one year; disorderly conduct, continued without finding and probation for one year; resisting arrest, guilty, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

Ralph L. Cunningham, 41, 71 Blacksnake Road, Seabrook; driving after license suspension (subsequent offense), guilty, 60 days in the house of correction, committed; refusing to identify self to law enforcement, guilty, $100 fine; fail to stop/yield, responsible, filed (State Police).

Christina Mulhern, 26, 3 Malborough Ave., Apt. 1, Methuen; driving while under the influence of alcohol; continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 Operating Under Intoxication fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim/Witness Fund assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment; marked lane violation, responsible, filed; speeding, responsible, filed (Salisbury).

Jasmary Pizarro, 21, 136 Winter St., Apt. 9, Haverhill; unlicensed driving, guilty, $100 fine; marked lane violation, responsible, $100 fine; fail to wear seat belts, not responsible (Merrimac).

Joeli A. Pappalardo, 44, 20 12th St., Salisbury; assault and batter on a person over the age of 60, guilty, two years in the house of corrections, three days to be served and the balance suspended with two years’ probation conditioned upon no abuse of the victim, compliance with the restraining order, participation in the Office of Community Correction counselling clinic and remaining drug and alcohol free, $90 VWF; witness intimidation, guilty, two years probation’; domestic assault and battery, dismissed (Salisbury).

Glenn C. Williams, 29, 70 Maple St., West Newbury; uttering false check, guilty, nine months in the house of correction, two months to be served and the balance suspended with 18 months’ probation conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free; larceny of more than $250, guilty, probation for 18 months; forgery of a check, guilty, probation for 18 months (West Newbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Tuesday, Oct. 23, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Mark Jemiolo, 28, 2 G St., Merrimac; assault and battery, domestic, admission to sufficient facts, continued without finding for one year (Merrimac).

Donald Makonis Jr., 55, 164 Whitehall Road, Amesbury; unarmed robbery, guilty plea, two years in house of correction, 18 months to serve, balance suspended, credit 104 days; assault and battery, guilty plea, three years probation; disorderly conduct, guilty, probation as above; resisting arrest, dismissed (Amesbury).

Dennis Perkins, 39, 58 Wortherly Ave., Seabrook; drug possession, class B, dismissed by commonwealth; breaking and entering, misdemeanor, admission to facts, continued without finding for 18 months, stay drug free, $50 VWF. (Salisbury).

Gabriel Noujaim, 20, 13 Norman Ave., Newburyport; possession of liquor under 21, continued without finding for three months, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Richard Thomas, 56, 164 Whitehall Road, Amesbury; assault and battery, domestic, guilty plea, two years in house of correction, nine months to be served, sentence suspended for two years, credit 10 days, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Tuesday, Oct. 23, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Allen Swan presiding:

William Turner, 38, 10 Woodman Way, Newburyport; assault and battery, dismissed at request of commonwealth; assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, continued without finding for six months, $100 costs, $50 Victim/Witness Fund (Newburyport).

James Brady, 38, 10 Woodman Way, Newburyport; disorderly conduct, admission to facts, continued without finding until Sept. 23, 2013, $200 costs, $50 VWF; assault and battery, admission to facts, continuance similar to above (Newburyport).

Harold Souther, 51, 2B Small Ave., Seabrook; assault and battery, admission to facts, continued without finding until Sept. 23, 2013, $200 costs, $50 VWF; threat to commit a crime, continued without finding as above (Newburyport).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Wednesday, Oct. 24, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Allen Swan presiding:

Fredrick Morris, 27, 9 Glenwood Ave., Salisbury; assault and battery, dismissed by commonwealth (Salisbury).

Richard Walker, 24, 23 Bradford St., North Andover; operating under the influence of alcohol, admission to facts, continued without finding for one year, 90-day loss of license, $250 OUI, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 Victim/Witness Fund, $50 OUI Victim/Witness Fund (State Police, Newbury).

Patrick O’Neil, 19, 45 Elm Park, Groveland; possession of alcohol under 21, $50 fine, $50 VWF, (Newburyport).

Connor Green, 20, 7 Norman Ave., Newburyport; possession of heroin, one year in house of correction, suspended for one year, no drug use, $50 VWF; possession to distribute Class A drug, dismissed; drug violation near school, dismissed (Newburyport).
