Steven H. Misserville, 34, 29 McKenny Drive, Andover, was arrested Tuesday at 8:54 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Charles Ferlauto, Michael Wilichoski and Christopher McDonald made the arrest on Zabriskie Drive.
Gregory J. Chaisson, 49, 138 State St., Newburyport, was arrested Wednesday and charged with two previous warrants. Officers Ferlauto, Wilichoski and McDonald made the arrest on Low Street.
Devin R. Murray, 19, 279 Washington St., Groveland; Nicholas C. Prendergrast, 19, 18 Stewart St., West Newbury; and John Q. Adams IV, 19, 514 Main St., West Newbury; were issued summonses Wednesday at 7:02 p.m. for drug/narcotic violations (civil marijuana possession). Sgt. Stephen Chaission and officer Robert Vatcher issued the summonses on Storey Avenue near Market Basket.

Robert L. Smith, 44, 4 Lake Ave., No. 2, Amesbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 7:33 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officers Raymond Landry and Craig Lesage issued the summons on Macy Street.
Joshua Whaley, 24, 137 Brentwood Road, Exeter, N.H., was arrested Tuesday at 10:25 p.m. and charged with three previous warrants. Officers Landry, Charles Sciacca and Ronald Guilmette made the arrest in Market Square.
Sean L. Moore, 43, 141 Beach Road, No. 14D, Salisbury, was arrested Tuesday at 11:35 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Landry made the arrest inside the School Street police station.
Zachary M. Bloomfield, 21, 6 Main Ave., South Hampton, was issued a summons Wednesday at 6:39 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officers Steven Reed and Lesage issued the summons following a motor vehicle accident on South Hampton Road.

McCarthy, 50, 7 CCC Road, Salisbury, was arrested Tuesday at 9:14 p.m. and charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (shod foot, pan cover), domestic assault and battery and domestic assault. Officers Richard Dellaria, Mark Thomas and Sgt. Timothy Hunter made the arrest on CCC Road.
Paula Clark, 46, 48 Old County Road, Salisbury, was arrested Tuesday at 11:32 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers James Leavitt and Michael Tullercash made the arrest on Old County Road.
Frank W. Bemis, 42, 48 Old County Road, Salisbury, was arrested Wednesday at 1:10 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officers Leavitt and Tullercash made the arrest on Beach Road.
Keith G. Allen, 46, 82 Beach Road, Salisbury, was arrested Wednesday at 5:35 p.m. and charged with two counts of domestic assault and battery and threat to commit murder. Officers Thomas, Keith Forget and Dellaria made the arrest at the Knotty Pine Motel, Beach Road.
Maureen E. Bennett, 49, 7 Black Snake Road, Salisbury, was arrested Thursday at 1:16 p.m. and charged with assault and battery on a pregnant person (household member) and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Officers Leavitt and Bruce Dow made the arrest on Black Snake Road.

Travis James Faircloth, 19, 1 Cedarwood Lane, Rowley, was arrested Thursday at 7:53 a.m. and charged with person under 21 in possession of alcohol, no inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The arrest was made on Main Street.
