DISTRICT COURT

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, March 13, with Judge Mary McCabe presiding over the jury trial:

Allyssa Josephson, 24, 81 West Main St., Merrimac; larceny of a credit card, not guilty; larceny over $250, not guilty; credit card fraud, not guilty (Merrimac).

Judge Allen Swan presided over the following jury-waived trials:

Michael Rivera, 39, 596 Howard St., Lawrence; uninsured vehicle, continued without finding and probation for six months, $200 court costs, $50 Victim/Witness Fund; driving after registration suspension, continued without finding and probation for six months; vehicle not meeting safety standards, not responsible (Amesbury).

Barbara B. Quinn, 30, 10 Kinsman Lane, Topsfield; assault with a dangerous weapon, dismissed; assault and batter, dismissed (Topsfield).

Forrest Griffin, 19, 104 Railroad Ave., Apt. B, Salisbury; possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21, continued without finding and probation for three months, $50 court costs, $50 VWF (Salisbury).
