NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, March 18, 2013, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Howard F. Weikle, III, 30, 22 John St., Apt. 4, Haverhill; uninsured vehicle, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for five months, $50 Victim/Witness Fund assessment; driving after registration suspension, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for five months; vehicle not meeting safety standards, responsible, filed; number plate violation, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for five months (West Newbury).

Sopheak Un, 30, 89 Amherst Ave., Lawrence; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, 90 days in the house of correction, suspended with two years probation conditioned upon completion of a 14-day in-patient substance abuse treatment program with all recommended aftercare, two-year loss of license, $600 fine, $150 surfine, $50 VWF, $250 Head Injury Fund; speeding in violation of special regulations, responsible, filed (Salisbury).

Derrick Sudol, 31, 37 Summer St., Rowley; unlicensed driving, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for two months, $50 VWF; fail to yield at an intersection, responsible, filed (Rowley).

Daniel H. Corriveau, 33, 7 Roosevelt, Methuen; driving after license suspension, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months, $50 VWF; uninsured vehicle, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months (Rowley).

Mark A. Sanborn, 47, 43 School St., Merrimac; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, two years probation conditioned upon completion of the alcohol safety awareness program, 90-day loss of license, $600 fine, $150 surfine, $50 VWF, $250 HIF, $250 Operating Under Intoxication Fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Witness Fund assessment (Merrimac).

Jeremy Mispilkin, 34, 167 Main St., third floor, Amesbury; open and gross lewdness, guilty, one year in the house of correction, suspended with 18 months probation condition upon staying away from and having no contact with the victim or witnesses including the use of a GPS monitor set to exclude a two mile radius of the victim, sex offender evaluation and recommended aftercare, $90 VWF; $287.44 per month GPS fee (Amesbury).

Mindy Hamilton, 69 Sycamore Lane, Newbury; driving after registration suspension, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for four months, $50 VWF; no inspection sticker, responsible, filed, $50 assessment; uninsured vehicle, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for four months (Newburyport).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Jeremy J. Guilmet, 28, 21 Merrill St., Atkinson, N.H.; unlicensed driving, dismissed; marked lane violation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Anthoney J. Campo, 26, 10 Beach Road, Salisbury; larceny less then $250, guilty, six months probation conditioned upon the payment of $10 restitution, 50 hours of community service, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

Jonathan P. Newton, homeless, Newburyport; vandalizing property, dismissed, conditioned upon 10 hours community service and staying away from the victim’s property; disturbing the peace, dismissed, conditioned upon 10 hours community service and staying away from the victim’s property, concurrent (Newburyport).
