Dustin Farrell, 26, 14 Holton St., No. 2, Danvers, was issued a summons Wednesday at 4:49 p.m. on a charge of marijuana possession. Officer Joshua Tierney issued the summons on Storey Ave.
Samantha Knowlton, 35, 17 Argilla Road, No. 2, Ipswich, was issued a summons Wednesday at 8:58 a.m. on a charge of possession of less than an ounce of a class D substance. Officer John Gavin issued the summons on Green Street.
Karen Vigurs-Stack, 48, 8 Ivy Lane, Andover, was issued a summons Thursday at 12:07 p.m. on charges of no inspection sticker and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
AMESBURY
The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:
William J. Williamson, 42, 8 Carriage Hill Road, No. 18, Amesbury, was arrested Wednesday at 8:34 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. officers Raymond Landry and Jason Kooken made the arrest on Carriage Hill Road.
Robert J. Butcher, 55, 55 Market St., Apt. 1A, Amesbury, was arrested Wednesday at 9:29 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Landry made the arrest on Market Street.
SALISBURY
The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:
Briana M. Henriques, 29, 62 Rabbit Road, left, Salisbury, was issued a summons Wednesday at 7:22 p.m. on charges of domestic assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon. Officer James Leavitt issued the summons on Rabbit Road.
Fernando Garcia-Santos, 24, 47 Marsh Road, Needham, was issued a summons Wednesday at 11:55 p.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes. Officer Patrick Szymkowksi issued the summons on Bridge Road.
SEABROOK
The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:
Chelsea MacInnes, 20, 83 Elm Court, Seabrook, was arrested Wednesday at 5:59 p.m. and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officers David Hersey and Raymond Berube made the arrest on Stard Road.
STATE POLICE
The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:
Kurt P. Meaney, 22, 52 Came Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Wednesday at 1 a.m. and charged with possession of a class D substance to distribute and speeding. Trooper Flanagan made the arrest in Haverhill. According to state police, Meaney was arrested carrying three large bags of marijuana.
