Jacob Potts, 21, 9 St. John St., Amesbury; trespassing, continued for three months; possession of liquor under the age of 21, continued for three months (Salisbury).

John Brewster, 39, 211 Beach Road, Salisbury; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, pretrial probation, must continue counseling for one year, no operation of motor vehicle without license (Salisbury).

Daniel Dearborn, 66, 43 Milk St., Newburyport; operating motor vehicle with suspended license, 10 days in house of correction, suspended, one-year probation, attendance in SCARE program, fine, $500, surfine, $125, VWF, $50; operating motor vehicle with suspended registration, fine, $500, surfine, $125 (Salisbury).

Scott Seal, 44, 248 Wethersfield St., Rowley; assault and battery domestic, dismissed (Rowley).

Marilyn Brunelle, 40, 12 Lincoln St., Amesbury; operating with suspended license, pretrial probation with administrative supervision, VWF, $50; motor vehicle not meeting safety standards, filed; failure to yield, filed (Amesbury)

Gregory Luxton, 41, 38R Enon St., Beverly; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, 90-day loss of license, probation for two years, regular evaluations, ASAP program, OUI-V, $250, HIF, $250, VWF, $50, OUI, $50; negligent operation of motor vehicle, fine, $500; speeding, filed; marked lanes violation, filed (Rowley).

Kayla Kelley, 40, 74 Beach Road, Salisbury; trespassing, possession of liquor under the age of 21, continued without finding for three months, VWF, $50 (Salisbury).

Seth Nyberg, 17, 37 Elmira Ave., Newburyport; violation of a prevention order, continued without finding for one year, no contact with victim, VWF, $50 (Salisbury); drug possession, class B, continued without finding for one year, VWF, $50 (Amesbury).
