NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Harley Fischer, 25, 17 Whittier Drive, Seabrook, was arrested Tuesday at 4:37 p.m. and charged with three previous warrants. Investigator John Schmidt and officer Richard Rocco made the arrest on the Interstate 95 north on ramp. AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Russell R. Clifford, 34, 9 Congress St., No. 1, Amesbury, was arrested Tuesday at 8:42 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Jason Kooken and David Clark made the arrest in Market Square.

Andrew P. Ryan, 26, 7 Rosemont St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Tuesday at 10:37 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Clark issued the summons on Interstate 495 at Pond View Avenue.

Thomas E. Flaherty, 57, 5 Drew St., Newburyport, was arrested Tuesday at 11:44 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (11th offense), disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Sgt. Glenn Chaput and officers Steven Reed and Clark made the arrest following a suspicious activity call at McDonald's on Macy Street.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Megan H. Murphy, 25, 6 Granddaughters Way, Seabrook, was arrested Wednesday at 5:51 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Timothy Hunter and Patrick Szymkowski made the arrest on Lafayette Road.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Karl R. Wallace, 20, 4 Goodwin Road, Hampton Falls, N.H., was arrested Tuesday at 8:07 a.m. and charged with shoplifting and a previous warrant. Sgt. John Wasson made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

Michael J. Collins, 46, 1 Moores Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Tuesday at 5:59 p.m. and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officers Kevin Gelineau, Frank Brown Jr. and Sgt. David Buccheri made the arrest on Washington Street.
