NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Tina S. Spellman, 48, 12 Pheasant Run Drive, Newburyport, was arrested Friday at 4:54 p.m. and charged with assault and battery. Officer Michael Wilichoski made the arrest on Pheasant Run Drive.

Frederick Marc Koulouras, 50, 27 Overlook Drive, Newburyport, was issued a summons Friday at 10:01 p.m. on a charge of assault and battery. Officers Ronald Senter, Wilichoski and Joshua Tierney issued the summons on Barton Street.

John K. Pitcher, 41, 6G Forest Acres St., Bradford, was arrested Saturday at 7:25 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Pitcher was also issued a summons for assault. Officers Senter, Wilichoski and Charles Ferlauto made the arrest on Plum Island Point following a 911 call. Also issued a summons for assault and battery as a result of the incident was Samantha Hersch, 36, also of 6g Forest Acres St., Bradford.

Helen Wesley, 75, 3 Gove Drive, Newburyport, was arrested Sunday at 2:32 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and no inspection sticker. Officers Shawn Eaton, Robert Vatcher and John Schmidt made the arrest on Merrimac Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Thomas J. Phillips, 34, 1 Orchard Park, Amesbury, was arrested Thursday at 6:16 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant and reckless endangerment of a child. Officers Kevin Mulrenin, Larry Bybee and Sgt. Glenn Chaput made the arrest on Orchard Park.

Jaclyn Hancock, 22, 57 Cameron Drive, Hollis, N.H., was issued a summons Thursday at 7:17 p.m. on a charge of leaving the scene after property damage. Officer Thomas Nichols issued the summons following a car accident on Pond View Avenue.

Lisa E. Guidry, 43, 4 Carriage Hill Road, No. 4, Amesbury, was issued a summons Thursday at 8:45 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting. Officer Bybee issued the summons following a call at Vermette's on Pond Street.
