Mark S. Nici, 43, 63 Kathy Drive, Haverhill; assault with a deadly weapon, guilty, six months in house of correction, 21 days credit, $250 to Head Injury Fund, $50 to Victim-Witness Fund; operating motor vehicle with suspended license, guilty, six months in house of correction, to be served concurrently with previous sentence; negligent operation of motor vehicle, 10 days in house of correction, to be served concurrently (Merrimac).
Jacquelyn Austin, 18, 16 Winter St., Amesbury; domestic assault and battery, dismissed at request of commonwealth and victim; larceny over $250, dismissed (Salisbury).
Joseph Kearns, 43, 64 Highland St., Amesbury; domestic assault and battery, dismissed at request of Commonwealth and of the victim (Amesbury).
