AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Stacy D. Gijbers, 40, 67 Congress St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 9:34 a.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Denis Champagne Jr. issued the summons on Congress Street.

ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:

Firdosh A. Lohar, 24, 56 Union St., Andover, was arrested Tuesday at 11:41 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no license plate light. The arrest was made on Route 1.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Luis A. Quizhpi-Buestan, 20, 640 Main St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Wednesday at 6:58 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license. Detective James Morton issued the summons on Cannon Hill Ext.

Coralea A. Poirier, 42, 195 Broadway Ave., Haverhill, was issued a summons Wednesday at 11:05 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license. Officer Eric Gorski issued the summons on Salem Street.

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Terrin A. McCutcheon, 26, 93 East St., Middleton, was issued a summons Tuesday at 5:14 p.m. on charges of speeding in violation of special regulations, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to use care in starting, stopping, turning or backing. Trooper O’Neill issued the summons in Newbury.
