NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, Nov. 12, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Saleeta N. Cross, 24, 2 Waverly Road, Apt. 309, Boston; being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, dismissed, the defendant was to be held until picked up by officials from Brockton District Court (Amesbury).

Timothy Leclair, 22, 1 Depot Road, P.O. Box 114, East Kingston, N.H.; domestic assault and battery, pretrial probation for one year conditioned upon no abuse of the victim; disorderly conduct, guilty, $150 fine, $50 Victim-Witness Fund; disturbing the peace, guilty, $150 fine (Amesbury).

Virginia K. Page, 39, 19 High St., Amesbury; domestic assault and battery, pretrial probation for six months (Amesbury).

Joseph Lentino, 77, 30 Robert Road, Medford; driving after registration suspension, dismissed if court costs are paid in two months, $50 court costs and $50 VWF (State Police).

Wendy L. Ayala, 41, 34 Main St., Apt. 1, Salisbury; domestic assault and battery, pretrial probation for one year (Salisbury).

Thomas Lyons, 23, 48D Smith Corner Road, Newton, N.H.; negligent driving, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of the State Courts Against Road Rage program, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

David A. Paquette, 48, 164 Whitehall Road, Bldg. 2, Apt. 18, Amesbury; driving after license suspension, pretrial probation for six months, $50 VWF (West Newbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, Nov. 13, with Judge Allan Swan presiding :

Melissa A. Prentiss, 37, 72 North End Blvd., Salisbury; unlicensed driving, pretrial probation for two months, $50 VWF; registration not in possession, not responsible; miscellaneous vehicle equipment violations, not responsible (Salsibury).

Emery J. Haines, 30, 104 Railroad Ave., Salisbury; driving after license suspension, pretrial probation for three months, $50 VWF (Salisbury).
