SALISBURY
The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:
Michelle Pouliot, 53, 19 Folly Mill Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 8:13 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace. Officer Richard Dellaria issued the summons on Folly Mill Road.
David Smothermon, 55, 60 Railroad Ave., No. 1, Salisbury, was arrested Wednesday at 12:30 a.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer James Leavitt issued the summons on Folly Mill Road.
SEABROOK
The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:
Robert D. Raven, 30, 4 1/2 School St., Amesbury; and Kandace E. Bickford, 26, 95 Lafayette Road, Salisbury; were arrested Monday at 9:57 a.m. by officers John Mounsey, Justin Murphy, Michael Cawley and Detective Brett Walker at Home Depot, Route 1. Raven was charged with shoplifting, resisting arrest and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Bickford was charged with conspiracy to commit a crime and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
STATE POLICE
The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:
Connor Green, 20, 7 Norman Ave., Newburyport, was arrested Monday at 9:35 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Trooper Flanagan made the arrest in Salisbury.
