NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Marcus Nunes, 32, 9 Collins St., No. 2, Newburyport, was issued a summons Wednesday at 5:21 p.m. on a charge of nighttime breaking and entering of a building for a felony. Officer Joshua Tierney issued the summons following an incident on Collins Street.

AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Donna A. Lingley, 56, 1000B Spring Valley, Andover, was issued a summons Wednesday at 11:22 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Matthew Cunningham issued the summons on Pond View Avenue.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

David M. Shaw, 51, 243 Ashland St., Apt. W, Seabrook, was arrested Wednesday at 9:02 a.m. and charged with second degree assault (strangulation). Officer Adam Laurent made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

Diane M. LeCroix, 53, 28A Adams Ave., Seabrook, was arrested Wednesday at 1:58 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer John Mounsey made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

Joseph A. Meekins, 31, 7 Parkersville Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Wednesday at 2:26 p.m. and charged with two counts of shoplifting and resisting arrest or detention. Officer Laurent, Sgt. Robert Granlund and Detective Brett Walker made the arrest at Kohl’s Department Store, Route 1.

Betsy M. Stanley, 39, 8 Carriage Hill Road, No. 18, Amesbury, was arrested Wednesday at 3:25 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer Mounsey and Sgt. Granlund made the arrest at Kohl’s Department Store, Route 1.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Kelly Zamer, 34, 1 Boynton Court, West Newbury, was issued a summons Wednesday at 8:14 a.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to notify RMV of address change and impeded operation of a motor vehicle. Sgt. Jeffrey Durand and officer Michael Dwyer issued the summons on Main Street.

Aaron Martin, 35, 2 Auburn St., Plaistow, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 8:21 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Barry Coker made the arrest at the Main Street police station.

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Danielle Reader, 29, 2 Atlantic Ave., Hampton, N.H. was arrested Wednesday at 8 a.m. and charged with possession of a class A substance, driving while under the influence of drugs and marked lanes. Trooper Martinelle made the arrest in Haverhill.
