NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Dec. 24 at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Richard Roche, 36, 2 Gravel Way, Salisbury; operating motor vehicle with suspended license, admission to facts, continued without finding for one year, not to drive again until properly licensed, victim-witness fund, $50; possession of class B drug, sentence concurrent with above, must remain drug free; also, in a separate incident, operating motor vehicle with suspended license, continued without finding for one year, VWF, $50 (Salisbury).

Cristiano Pereira, 35, 61 Story Ave, Newburyport; unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, to be dismissed if $100 court costs paid; VWF, $50 (Amesbury).

Thomas Coletti, 27, 23 Lakeview Ave., Haverhill; operating with suspended license, pretrial probation, VWF, $50; (Newburyport).

Eleanor Hills, 41, 20 Came Ave., Haverhill; operating motor vehicle with suspended license, dismissed on request of commonwealth; operating uninsured motor vehicle, pretrial probation for six months, VWF, $50 (Salisbury).

David Moriarty, 24, 1 Senee Court, Amesbury; operating under the influence, 45-day loss of license, participation in alcohol safety awareness program, continued without finding for one year, OUI-victim, $250, head-injury fund, $250, VWF, $50, OUI fund, $50 (State Police, Newbury).

Bradley Clark, 18, 4 Tanglewood Road, Sharon; possession of Class E drug, dismissed by commonwealth (Amesbury).

Simon Correa, 30, 8 Arnold St., Salisbury; operating uninsured motor vehicle, pretrial probation, VWF, $50 (Salisbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, Dec. 28, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Sheila Mainero, 46, 86 Wordsworth St., Boston; violation of probation from previous charge of operating under the influence, guilty finding imposed, probation extended for one year (Rowley).

Peter Guarnaccia, 24, of 35 Market St., Newburyport; possession of Class E drug with intent to distribute, guilty, nine months in the house of correction, 18 days deemed served, balance suspended for two years, drug and alcohol free with random screenings, $50 VWF and $35 DAF; possession of Class E drug with intent to distribute, guilty, two years’ probation, $35 DAF; possession of Class B drug (two counts), dismissed; conspiracy to violate drug law, dismissed (Newburyport).
