WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Kelly Zamer, 34, 1 Boynton Court, West Newbury, was issued a summons Wednesday at 8:14 a.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to notify the Registry of Motor Vehicles of address change and impeded operation of a motor vehicle. Sgt. Jeffrey Durand and officer Michael Dwyer issued the summons on Main Street.

Aaron Martin, 35, 2 Auburn St., Plaistow, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 8:21 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Barry Coker made the arrest at the Main Street police station.

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Danielle Reader, 29, 2 Atlantic Ave., Hampton, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 8 a.m. and charged with possession of a class A substance, driving while under the influence of drugs and a marked lanes. violation. Trooper Martinelle made the arrest in Haverhill.
