The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Garis Sanchez, 31, 135 East 176th St., New York City, was arrested Sunday at 4:45 p.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and fail to stop/yield. Officers Joshua Tierney and Shawn Eaton made the arrest on Fruit Street.


The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

April Tilton, 25, 164 Whitehall Road, B1A3, Amesbury, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:04 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Thomas Nichols issued the summons on Elm Street.

Katie Marie Sullivan, 164 Whitehall Road, B3A33, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 6:40 p.m. and charged with possession of a class A substance to distribute and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officers David Noyes and Nichols made the arrest on Whitehall Road.


The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

William Scott Harlow Jr., 38, and Rebecca Todd, 25, both of 175 Indian Lake Drive, Lebanon, Maine, were arrested Sunday at 3:11 p.m. by officer Richard Dellaria and Sgt. Timothy Hunter. Harlow was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs, heroin possession, illegally attaching plates, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, marked lanes, failure to signal and a previous warrant. Todd was charged with heroin possession of a class A substance, possession of a class B substance and being present where heroin is kept.

Michael Harkness, 47, 55 Friend St., Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 6:14 p.m. and charged with malicious destruction of property less than $250 and threat to commit murder. Officer Forget and Sgt. Hunter made the arrest at the Salisbury Inn, Beach Road.

Jason J. Noury, 36, 141 Beach Road, No. 17, Salisbury, was arrested Monday at 3:52 a.m. and charged with three previous warrants. Officers James Leavitt and James Pollard made the arrest on Beach Road.
