Gregory K. Pond, 46, 2 Albion St., Amesbury; domestic assault and battery, continued without finding for six months, no contact with victim, remain drug/alcohol free with random screens, attend two AA meetings per week (Amesbury).

Jacquilyn Short, 19, 11 Brimmel Lane, Hampton Falls, N.H.; operating an uninsured motor vehicle, continued without finding for five months, $200 costs, $50 VWF; state highway signal/sign violation, responsible, filed (Rowley).

Melissa M. George, 24, 168 Elm St., Amesbury; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, pretrial probation for two months, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Justin Blood, 33, 8 Celestial Way, Salem; operating an uninsured motor vehicle, pretrial probation for three months, $50 Victim-Witness Fund; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, pretrial probation for three months (Newburyport).

Jonathan R. Kelley, 29, 4 Neptune St., Newburyport; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (beer glass), continued without finding for seven months, $200 costs, $90 VWF, $11.50 to victim (Newburyport).

George F. Manthorn, 43, 9 Garden St., Newburyport; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, guilty, $150 fine, $50 VWF; fail to yield at intersection, responsible, filed (Newburyport).
