Police Logs

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Alex Carvotta, 19, 151 School St., Groveland, was arrested Monday at 6 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers David Noyes and Raymond Landry made the arrest on Macy Street.

Karen J. Plante, 29, 18 Portsmouth Ave., Apt. 18A, Exeter, N.H., was issued a summons Monday at 6:43 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Noyes and Craig Lesage issued the summons on Macy Street.

Michael J. Cahoon Jr., 37, 2235 20th St., Santa Monica, Calif., was issued a summons Monday at 9:56 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation. Officers Landry and Lesage issued the summons on Friend Street.

Megan J. Power, 21, 7 Timothy Road, Merrimac, was arrested Tuesday at 12:50 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officers Ronald Guilmette and Lesage made the arrest on Route 150.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Jacob B. Dow, 17, 111 Forest Road, was issued a summons Monday at 2:51 p.m. on charges of malicious destruction of property less than $250 and more than $250. Officer James Leavitt issued the summons on Forrest Road.

Andrew W. Packer, 22, 57 Bromfield St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Monday at 8:46 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officers Leavitt and Michael Tullercash issued the summons on Glenwood Avenue.

Anthony J. Lewis, 22, 23 Central Ave., No. 1, Salisbury, was arrested Monday at 10:50 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Leavitt and Tullercash made the arrest on Central Avenue. At the same time, Randy L. Timmons, 42, same address, was issued a summons for domestic assault and battery.

Michael Harkness, 47, 53 Friend St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 11:24 a.m. on charges of nighttime breaking and entering of a building for a felony and malicious destruction of property more than $250. Sgt. Robert Roy and officer Bruce Dow issued the summons following an incident at the Salisbury Inn, Beach Road.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

Jesiah N. Hammond, 36, 67 Purchase St., Newburyport, was arrested Monday at 10:33 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and leaving scene after property damage. Deputy Chief John Lucey Jr. made the arrest on Northern Boulevard.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Allison Clegg, 31, 34 Central Ave., Salisbury, was arrested Monday at 2 p.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and disorderly conduct. Trooper Bonia made the arrest in Haverhill.

Fredy Riblero, age unknown, 4 Fermont St., Lawrence, was issued a summons Monday at 4:40 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. At the same time, Walter A. Godoy, 34, same address, was issued a summons on a charge of allowing improper use of a motor vehicle. Trooper Grimes issued the summonses in Haverhill.

Robert R. West, 22, 9 Church St., Byfield, was issued a summons Monday at 10:55 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding. Trooper Nangle issued the summons in Newbury.
