NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, Jan. 9, with Judge Michael Uhlarik presiding over the jury trial.

Beth A. Stockwood, 51, 31 Pleasant Valley Road, Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), not guilty; fail to stop/yield, not responsible; marked lane violation, responsible, $100 assessment (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, Jan. 9, with Judge Michael Uhlarik presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Marcel B. Moreau, 26, 2 McDewell Ave., Apt. 2, Danvers; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 Victim/Witness Fund assessment, $250 Operating Under Intoxication fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund assessment; $250 Head Injury Fund assessment; speeding, responsible, filed (Newbury).

Megan Power, 21, 7 Timothy Road, Merrimac; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V; $250 HIF; marked lane violation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Kamal Green, 33, 7 Boie Ave., Amesbury; two counts of driving after license suspension, for each charge, continued without finding and probation for one year, $50 VWF; improper operation of a vehicle, not responsible (State Police).
