NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, Jan. 8, with Judge Michael Uhlarik presiding:

Hakeem Jackson, 21, 35 Gardner St., Salisbury; larceny under $250, guilty plea, six months house of correction, 30 days deemed served, balance suspended, probation for one year; destruction of property, under $250, guilty plea, penalty concurrent with above (Salisbury).

Robert Abrahams, 58, 24 High St., Salisbury; larceny over $250, guilty plea, one year house of correction, suspended, probation for two years; breaking and entering, daytime, penalty concurrent with above (Salisbury)

Michael Pagliuca, 22, 59 Crane Neck Road, West Newbury; possession with intent to distribute Class D drug, dismissed, failure to prosecute; possession of Class B drug, dismissed, failure to prosecute (West Newbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, Jan. 9, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury-waived trial.

Ray Lewis, 59, 6 Carriage Hill Road, Amesbury; assault and battery (domestic), admission to facts, continued for one year, counseling, no abuse, costs $200, $50 Victim/Witness Fund assessment (Amesbury).

Paul Acquavira, 45, 62 Bromfield St., Newburyport; operating motor vehicle with suspended license, to be dismissed when $150 court costs are paid, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Christopher Bassett, 48, 27 Chestnut St., Haverhill; larceny over $250, dismissed upon request of commonwealth (State Police, Newbury).

Matthew Flagg, 20, 419 Main St., Haverhill; possession of Class B drug, pretrial probation for six months; unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, sentence concurrent with above (Amesbury).

Carlos DeGodoy, 47, 33 South Hunt Road, Amesbury; operating under the influence of alcohol, admission to facts, $250 Operating Under Intoxication fee, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment, $50 VWF, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund assessment, 45-day loss of license, ASAP program, one year probation (State Police, Newbury).

Kevin O’Malley, 27, 19 True Road, Salisbury; operating motor vehicle with suspended license, pretrial probation for three months, $50 VWF (State Police, Newbury).

Robyn Burst, 30, 48 Highland St., Salem; possession of a firearm without an FID card, continued without finding for one year, drug and alcohol free with random screenings, $50 VWF; possession of ammunition without FID card, same as count one; carrying a dangerous weapon, same as count one; possession of Class E drug, guilty, same as count one; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, guilty, same as count one; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).
