NEWBURYPORT: The following jury waived trials were recorded Friday, Jan. 11, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Michael Uhlarik presiding:

Victor Johnson, 29, 24 Congress St., Newburyport; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, guilty, 10 days in house of corrections; motor vehicle lights violation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Chelsea K. Nardone, 19, 91 Lake Attitash Road, Amesbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, three months pretrial probation, $50 Victims Witness Fund; uninsured motor vehicle, three months pretrial probation (Amesbury).

Mark S. Hartman, 47, 1 Lonvale Lane, No. 6, Amesbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, six months pretrial probation, $50 VWF; uninsured motor vehicle, six months pretrial probation (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury waived trials were recorded Monday, Jan. 14, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Abie Kposowa, 38, 134 Willard St., No. 18, Lowell; uninsured motor vehicle, five months pretrial probation, $50 VWF (Merrimac).

Michael C. Case, 58, 45 Chase Road, Londonderry, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for one year, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF, 45-day loss of license, complete Alcohol Safety Awareness Program; obstructing stationary emergency vehicle, responsible, filed; marked lanes, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Robert A. Lawrence, 30, 7 Colton Drive, Newburyport; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, continued without finding for six months, $50 VWF; fail to stop/yield, responsible, filed (Newburyport).

Wilfred J. Carrier, 86, 55 1/2 Bromfield St., Newburyport; indecent assault and battery of person 14 or older; one year pretrial probation, stay away and no contact with victim (Newburyport).

SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division on Wednesday, Jan. 9, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Samantha Seekins, 19, 14 G St., Apt. 10, Hampton; no inspection sticker, guilty, $62 fine (South Hampton).

Dianne S. Ralph, 55, 174 Raleigh Way, Portsmouth; driving while intoxicated, guilty, $620 fine, nine-month loss of license and the completion of the Impaired Drivers Education Program; open container of alcohol in a vehicle, nol prossed (charge discontinued) (Seabrook).

Fay Gibbons, 47, 3A Cross Beach Road, Seabrook; driving while intoxicated, guilty,$620 fine, nine-month loss of license and the completion of the Impaired Drivers Education Program (Hampton).
