NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Matthew C. Sweeney, 30, 37 Marlboro St., Newburyport; uninsured vehicle, guilty, one year probation, $50 Victim/Witness Fund assessment; driving after license suspension, guilty, one year probation to be served concurrently (State Police); uninsured vehicle, guilty, $500 fine, $125 surfine, $50 VWF; driving after license suspension, guilty, one year probation to be served concurrently (Newburyport).

Christine K. Maguire, 22, 21 Anthony Road, North Reading; unlicensed driving, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for two months, $50 VWF (Newbury).

Janet A. Parker, 58, 23 Clarks Road, Apt. 201, Amesbury; larceny by check over $250, guilty, six months probation and the payment of restitution to the victim of $339.25 (Newburyport).

Jayne E.Bourassa, 49, 413 Main St., Haverhill; uninsured vehicle, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for four months, $50 VWF; driving after registration suspension, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for four months (Merrimac)

Jeremy B. Chadwick, 31, 100 Whitehall Road, Apt. 3, Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 Operating Under Intoxication fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment; marked lane violation, responsible, filed (Merrimac).

Christopher Mura, 26, 1 Jacobs St., Peabody; unlicensed driving, continued without finding and probation for six months, $50 VWF; speeding in violation of special regulations, responsible, filed (State Police).

Wayne Ouellette, 58, 55 Elm St., Georgetown; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 Operating Under Intoxication fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment; negligent driving, dismissed (Amesbury).
