NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

Scott M. Argetes, 40, 2 Lincoln Ave., South Hamilton, was issued a summons Saturday at 4:04 p.m. on a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Michael Mailhot and Stephen Jenkins issued the summons on Route 1.

GROVELAND

The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:

Patrick J. Ogden, 25, 19 Nassau St., Dracut, was issued a summons Sunday at 8 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Officer Michael Traister issued the summons on Salem Street.

GEORGETOWN

The following items were recorded in the Georgetown police logs:

Kimberly O. Sousa, 26, 2 Laurent Road, No. 6, Salem, was arrested Friday at 1:05 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense). Officer Derek Jones made the arrest on East Main Street.

George Patrick Silva, 29, 31 Shawsheen Road, Andover, was arrested Saturday at 12:50 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes and speeding. Sgt. Scott Hatch made the arrest on West Main Street.

Lisa Leak, 21, 40 Folly Mill Road, No. 12, Beverly, was arrested Sunday at 2:30 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license due to OUI. Officer Adam Raymond made the arrest on West Main Street.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Paul Jennings, 35, 473 Washington St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Thursday at 1:30 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Robert Coppola issued the summons on Interstate 495.

WEST NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Marilyn Archibald, 52, 1 Meadow Sweet Road, West Newbury, was issued a summons Friday at 10:15 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with an expired license. Officer Richard Merrill Jr. issued the summons on Main Street.
